John Maguire was the original builder of the Empyre Hotel originally called the Albion hotel, first licensed on 16th December 1860. We have honoured his foresight with the Maguire room.

Being our smallest room it still has space for an original queen size French bed with matching marble topped bedside tables, single door French armoire, breakfast table and two chairs, LCD TV and 2 person sofa. Modern ensuite with mosaic glass tiles and porcelain tiles compliment the large shower recess and modern fixtures.
