Holy Goat - La Luna

Holy goat is located at Sutton Grange in central Victoria. La Luna has a yeast rind with defined wrinkles. Creamy texture with  an amazing depth of flavour. nutty, citrus and full bodied

Jindi triple cream

Made with milk higher in butter fat for a fuller flavour, the Jindi Triple Cream is a rich and buttery brie-style cheese. Encased in fluffy white mould the Triple Cream develops into a mature dessert cheese with a smooth creamy texture and slightly nutty flavour
